Inclement Weather Policy: We will record a message on our outgoing voice message whether or not we will be open.  For morning appointments on affected days, we will do our best to contact you by phone as early as possible regarding any closures or late openings.  If you do not hear from us and we have not changed our outgoing voice message, we will be open as scheduled.  We will also post any closings or late openings on our Facebook page and our Twitter page

Cancellation Policy: Patients may be charged a fee of $60 if 24-hour notice is not given for cancellations of appointments.
