Margot Calder has lived in Columbia for 19 years after moving here from Toronto, Canada with her husband and two children. She has a background in nursing and is now enjoying being here at Bodywise. She loves to read, exploring through bookstores, going to the theatre and most importantly spending time with her family.
Ciara Gissentaner was raised in Howard County and has been a resident in Ellicott City her entire life. She is a current student at Bowie State University studying psychology. She plans to go to graduate school to pursue a career in counseling for high school students. Ciara enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, dancing and just living life in her free time. She loves helping people and is excited to be working with such a wonderful group of people here, at BodyWise Physical Therapy.
Kecia Ison recently relocated from Powder Springs, GA to Columbia, Maryland with her husband and the youngest of one of her 3 daughters. She graduated from Georgia Medical Institute and has worked in Billing and insurance field for over 7 years. Kecia plans on becoming a Pediatric nurse and has recently applied to start school in January. In her free time she enjoys reading, crossword puzzles, cooking, and traveling to see her other two daughters in Georgia.
Monique Metansingh was raised in New York City and recently moved to the Columbia, Maryland area. She graduated from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama with a BS in Pre-Physical Therapy/ Health Sciences. Monique plans to become a Physical Therapist and is currently applying to Doctorate of Physical Therapy programs in the area. In her free time she enjoys watching movies, singing and spending time with family. Monique is very excited about joining the BodyWise team and she is looking forward to helping others.
Ani Pry received her Bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from the University of Central Missouri in 2001. After working as a computer programmer and then staying at home to raise her son, Ani worked for several years as a group fitness instructor in Italy, which is where she realized her passion for healthy living, well being, and fitness. She moved to Maryland in 2009 and is ecstatic about joining the team at BodyWise Physical Therapy doing exactly what she loves: helping others live healthier, more active lives. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and discovering this wonderful area.
Louis Sarry, CSCS recently moved back to his hometown of Columbia, Maryland after completing a graduate degree in the Biological Sciences at Princeton University. A long time participant in exercise and athletic competition, Louis operates a personal training business part-time and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Having received rehabilitation for several sports injuries using physical therapy alone, he strongly believes in the ability of the body to heal naturally, and is very happy to be a part of the BodyWise team. In his spare time, Louis also enjoys cooking, eating, playing guitar and spending time with his niece.
